Demonstration Kitchen

The kitchen is located adjacent to the Makerspace for classroom and demonstration use as well as for caterers and events.

The kitchen contains a cooking area that has lights, a microphone, and a camera focused above the preparation area to facilitate the recording of events for concurrent viewing and to create an inventory of cooking demonstrations. Health educators can schedule programs on healthy eating for diabetics, heart disease patients, expectant mothers and other members of the public. Caterers will have space to plate and serve visitors in the adjacent event area.

Room and tools must be reserved prior to use.
