100 Books Before High School

We’re challenging all 6th - 8th graders to read 100 books before high school! Sign up at any time and read at your own pace. Middle school can be an overwhelming transition. Reading books you enjoy can offer stress relief and give you some much needed time to slow down and relax. With this program, there are no assigned books, no deadlines, and no reports to write (unless you want to, of course!). If you DO want to earn volunteer hours by writing a book review, click here for the form.

If you log at least one book a month you will be eligible to have your name entered in the monthly prize drawings. You will earn prizes after reading 10, 25, 50, and 75 books. When you reach the goal of 100 books before high school you will receive a special prize!

Click here to register for the program or see Ms. Jenny at the library to log your books on paper. Please note students may begin this challenge at the start of 6th grade and it MUST be completed by the last day of their 8th grade year.
